Common questions
How is my level worked out?
One hour of focused time is one level. Nothing else raises it. The level is worked out from
the time you have held rather than stored on its own, so it cannot disagree with your
record.
How do I unlock the armour?
By hours held. Gold Plate opens at level 5 and Storm Plate at level 15. There is no currency
to earn.
Where is my progress kept? Can I move it to a new phone?
On the device. There is no account and nothing is uploaded, so progress does not follow you
to a new phone by itself. If you set up a new device from an iCloud or Android backup of the
old one, it comes across with everything else.
How do I clear my record?
Settings, then RESET PROGRESS. That clears the totals, your watch history, the armour you had
unlocked, and any paused watch. Your settings are kept. It cannot be undone.
Does Acies collect anything about me?
No. No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no network requests.
The privacy policy sets out what is stored on your device.
